Information we use

We use publicly available information about creators, businesses and their content to maintain the directory. This may include names, channel information, public images, video metadata and evidence of commercial relationships. Public information may still be personal information.

If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address and message. When you visit, our infrastructure providers may process technical information, including your IP address, browser information and requests, to deliver and protect the service.

Analytics and your choices

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand visits and interactions, such as browsing profiles, using directory filters and following source links. Analytics may include a pseudonymous identifier, page addresses, referring websites, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Optional analytics starts only after you allow it. We do not use session recording or automatically capture form contents. Our search events measure usage without recording the words you type. Analytics identifiers and your preferences may be stored on your device. Your preference is stored separately so we can remember your choice.

You can decline analytics and continue using the directory, or withdraw permission through Analytics settings. Your choice applies to this website and browser. Clearing browser storage may reset it. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically delete information already received.

How and why information is processed

We use information to provide and improve the directory, respond to messages, correct records, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional analytics, and legitimate interests for operating the service, publishing relevant public information and handling correspondence, balanced against your rights. We may also process information where required by law.

Service providers and external websites

Providers that help us host, analyse and maintain the service may process information on our behalf. Directory information is public. We may disclose other information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell your personal information.

The directory uses YouTube API Services. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. External images and links may involve other providers; visiting their services is governed by their policies. Our analytics provider describes its practices in the PostHog Privacy Policy.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining accurate records, resolving requests and meeting legal obligations.
